My stomach lately already been crazy enough to make me vomit sometimes...
And making me shy with my friends...
Need to excuse to toilet...And Blurke...Eew...
So I started to arranges my schedule of Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner !
Arranging my schedule to setting my times for Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner...
And I felt that this works !
Just keeping like this...
Sure U will be healthy and strong...
Everyday wake up and make some push up...
Don't even think about skipping Breakfast...
Sure will alot of trouble later...
Have some Milk and Nutritional Breakfast...
Such as Bread etc...
And when Lunch...
Must keep in time for having that...
Don't skipping it once for awhile...
Its not good for digestive when its too long blanked stomach...
Just having Soups of the Day to nourish your stomach...
And Dinner...
Just eat some that will last longer...
Such as Rice...
Because Dinner usually having at 7pm or 8pm...
But it will remain at your stomach till the next day you wake up...
So just taken some snack wont hold you much longer...
And maybe the next day...
You will felt uncomfortable...
Because stomach blanked when midnight digest much already...
So this better follow than Gastric problem occurs...
This informations not fully support by doctors...
So just my conclusions only...
So hope this would help my friends and dear to healthy lifestyle...
